1. Data controller

2. What data we collect

We only collect the data you actively give us:

• Contact form: your name, email address and the content of your message.
• Online booking (Cal.com): your name, email address, phone number, cleaning address and the details of your booking request.
• AI assistant chat: the messages you type into the chat widget. Please do not enter personal data there — the assistant is built to route you to the booking or contact form for that.
• Technical data: our hosting provider automatically logs IP addresses and basic request data for security and troubleshooting.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data to answer your enquiries, prepare quotes, arrange and deliver cleaning services, and keep records required by law.

The legal basis is the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and securing the site (Art. 6(1)(f)), and legal obligations such as bookkeeping (Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Processors and recipients

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf:

• Vercel Inc. — website hosting and request logs.
• Resend (resend.com) — delivery of notification emails.
• Cal.com, Inc. — online booking and calendar scheduling.
• Google LLC (Gemini API) — processes the text of your AI assistant chat messages to generate replies.
• Google Maps — only loads on the contact page after you click to open the map.

Authorities may receive data where we are legally required to disclose it.

5. International transfers

Some processors may process data outside the EU/EEA. In those cases the transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard.

6. Retention

Enquiry and booking data is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and for a reasonable follow-up period, after which it is deleted. Accounting records are kept for the statutory period (in Finland, generally 6 years).

7. Cookies

This site uses only strictly necessary cookies and local storage: your language choice, your cookie-banner choice, and cookies set by the Cal.com booking widget so it can function. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below.
